The Brief: Sculpting Warmth

High-end hospitality projects demand furniture that conveys the warmth and prestige of a private residence while meeting rigorous commercial durability standards. The client required a complete ecosystem—spanning from the grand lobby to the executive lounge and restaurant—unified by a strong architectural identity. The challenge was to create a structure that felt “handcrafted” and opulent, yet was rational enough for serial production and extensive customization.

Design Strategy: The Exposed Frame

We developed the collection around a visible solid wood skeleton. Unlike traditional upholstery where the frame is hidden, here the timber structure becomes the protagonist, framing the soft volumes like a tailored suit. The design leverages a “Tri-Material” logic: the rigidity of the wood, the durability of leather on the external shell, and the softness of fabric on the inner contact surfaces. This stratification allows interior designers to customize every layer, creating infinite aesthetic combinations (from monochromatic minimalism to bold textural contrasts) on a single standardized frame.

Market Impact

Aesthetic Consistency: A seamless visual language that connects the Lounge Area (Wingchairs & Sofas) with the Dining Zone (Chairs & Stools).

Sartorial Customization: The separation of materials (Wood/Leather/Fabric) enables brands to match the furniture perfectly to their interior color palette.

High Perceived Value: The extensive use of solid wood and complex joinery positions the product immediately in the luxury tier.
